Don't build nuxeo-web-ui. When i run npm install I get error

npm ERR! code E404

FYI, nuxeo had to patch the polymer-build package and has its own version in an internal repository. It was supposed to be temporary until the Polymer team merges our PR but since it takes much longer than expected, we are going to take actions to make our patched package publicly accessible.

FYI, we just published our patched polymer-cli package on https://www.npmjs.com/package/@nuxeo/polymer-build . You should now be able to build the Nuxeo Web UI.

For the record, the patch is described in https://github.com/Polymer/polymer-build/pull/254.
