All is fine.</P> <P>I've added a "Form action" widget with the "Document Edition Form" category which should allow me to save the values I've entered in each field but it doesn't :</P> <P>the 'Save' button is present but when I click it, it refresh the page without saving anything.</P> <P>I've seen that I can add a surrounding form around my layout and around my form action widget.
