topic Adobe CC Connector Compatibility in Nuxeo Forum

Hello,

I'm having trouble with Adobe CC Connector. Here is my problem : I currently own Adobe Photoshop 2021, however when installing the client plugin, the Nuxeo extension is not showing in the window tab. I know that the plugin is not normally compatible with this version of photoshop, however, would there be a solution to adapt it to this last one?

Best Regards.

Hi Paul, the current local client is part of a licensed connector. I am the product owner for that connector. Can you let me know what client you work for, please?

Thank you

Thank you for your answer,

I am installing the Nuxeo platform for a postcard and souvenir company (Editions As De Coeur, ARTAUD Frères), opening in adobe without going through a download is an essential need for the company. The use of Nuxeo would not be of interest for the company without this extension. The solution is currently hosted on the tomcat server (which is installed on the company server) and connected to a remote database installed on the NAS server where the images to be edited on Adobe are located.

Best Regards.

Hi Paul, do you know if the company you are working for has a support contract/subscription to the Nuxeo Platform? If so, who is the sales associate they have worked with? That will be required as the base for an update to the adobe connector. Also, the connector itself, with the updates for the most recent Adobe versions requires additional fees as we pay a licensing fee for it.

Hello,

No, I'm working with the Community Version of Nuxeo. The company I work for is a small business, we basically wanted to see if there was a possibility to install a free solution to open photo collections from the adobe suite, so as not to create duplicates on a local machine.

Best Regards.
