I have a team of different types. We have agendas, that should be viewable and each point/case in an agenda should be marked as open or closed. If an agenda are closed, then no one should have access to edit or comment on it.
How can this be done in this system.
And - is all of nuxeo and its mudules open-source? Under what license?

There is currently no agenda management feature in Nuxeo Social Collaboration. You should have an integration with a third party solution. In short/mid term, we will have an "event" management solution, which means ability to display events on a calendar and bind those events to a community.
