Hi,

I have a Nuxeo LTS 2025 WebUI studio project that I deploy to a Docker container, I have been able to style document layouts as well as layout blocks individually but I am unable to find where I can create/add a global css of classes that I can then simply import and reference in my layouts instead of having to edit each layout.

There are probably ways to hack "global css" into the app but keep in mind that Web UI is based on Google Polymer. Probably what you want is a "style module" https://polymer-library.polymer-project.org/2.0/docs/devguide/style-shadow-dom#style-modules (and more generally, it's good to skill up on Google Polymer when working on Web UI; in most cases you'll want the 2.0 docs unless doing custom dev, which is based on 3.0).
