Making a 24 hour format

Hi people :) I want to override the nuxeo datetime widget so it formats the time only in 24 hour version.Can someone help me?

I know but i want that format for creation and modification date too

Pattern is for view mode, Format is for Edit mode but there is no dedicated widget for input
