cannot find column 'parent' for table:(Studio_Table_Factory)

I am getting the above error when I am selecting a vaule from list of values for an attribute Factory while I am creating new document of my custom document type,Where Factory is one of the Vocabulary in my Studio.How to resolve this issue

Please update your question with the exact error message, and details about the vocabulary you created (including its name -- you may be using a reserved name).

Hi,

It looks like you're using a widget that requires a hierarchical vocabulary with a simple vocabulary with no "parent" column: if so, either the widget, either the referenced vocabulary should be changed.
