Problem whith accents when sending mail using Nuxeo War

I've translated the invite user email to french and it contains accents , i have no problem with accent when sending it from Nuxeo distribution but when usingNuxeo war, accents are not displayed correctly i get something like this "invitÃ© (e) Ã accÃ©der" and in Tomcat console i get

Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

I fix it by replacing accents with their HTML code http://www.commentcamarche.net/contents/489-caracteres-speciaux-html
