&lt;P&gt;I suppose you 're meaning blob.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can can either use the admin panel &amp;gt; Repository Binaries &amp;gt; mark and Delete Orphaned Binaries&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or there is a dedicated groovy script that can be used in Nuxeo Shell&lt;/P&gt;

When I delete a file from the trash in nuxeo (definitively), the blob on the filesystem is already present.
