Nuxeo Drive fails to restart after deleting .nuxeo-drive hidden folder

After removing the .nuxeo-drive hidden folder I was able to rebind to a new URL. But after that I'm not able to use Nuxeo Drive functionnalities because the icon to synchronise with Nuxeo Drive is no more available on the interface. Any ideas?

Upon restart, the ndrive.exe and ndrivew.exe programs should try to recreate the ~/.nuxeo-drive folder when missing. If you get errors when syncing, the log file inside ~/.nuxeo-drive/logs should give you more details. If you identify a bug, please feel free to report it on jira and attach the log file to it.
