Nuxeoctl logs not in UTF-8

Hi,

It is a **BUG **or Improvement?. When I logger some accent in "server.log" is OK,

`2016-03-17 12:46:26,305 ERROR [http-apr-0.0.0.0-8080-exec-2] [xxx.yyy.LayoutOperation] JAPÓN: JAPÓN`

but in nuxeoctl console, tab logs, tab server.log is not OK.

`2016-03-17 12:46:26,305 ERROR [http-apr-0.0.0.0-8080-exec-2] [xxx.yyy.LayoutOperation] JAPÃ“N: JAPÃ“N`

Hi José Manuel,

I think, it may be a problem of encoding of log4j. Please, check your appender encoding into $NX/lib/log4j.xml to set UTF-8.
