Protection issue on Windows on Nuxeo Startup?

I am getting the following error at the beginning of the Nuxeo startup.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuxeo\nxserver\nuxeo.war\WEB-INF\classes\messages.properties
java.io.IOException: Could not create C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuxeo\nxserver\nuxeo.war\WEB-INF\classes\messages.properties
	at org.nuxeo.runtime.deployment.preprocessor.install.commands.AppendCommand.exec(AppendCommand.java:

This appears to be a protection error. Question: Is there a recommended place to install Nuxeo on a Windows Server? Did I miss it in the installation documentation?

Is there no detail about the error? Could you paste the whole stacktrace (on http://pastebin.com/)? What Windows Server version is it?

Anyway, for many other reasons, it is not recommended to install Nuxeo in "Program Files" but at disk root, for instance in "C:\Nuxeo".

The Server is Windows 2008.
