drag N drop sometimes work, sometimes don´t on IE

hi,

the drag N drop extension doesn´t work if i open IE. but if i check the complements it says "active", then i close the window of complements and sometimes drag N drop works (most in cases don´t). when i installed it, it worked fine. but suddenly this happened.

the extensions are active in the complemets on IE. i have IE 10 , windows 7 32 bits

If you deactivate all other add-ins and then restart IE does drag and drop work or not?
