LibreOffice Online is not even in beta yet. There have been source code releases and a preliminary Collabora CODE release but all this is still extremely young.

FYI - Nextcloud is using Collabora CODE (it's in version 3 meanwhile) in production environment, https://nextcloud.com/collaboraonline/. It surely is just a basic office suite compared to what Microsoft Office offers, but not bad for a browser-based office solution. Another alternative for a browser-based office suite that could be integrated into Nuxeo might be OnlyOffice https://www.onlyoffice.com/ Would also be interested in seeing this in Nuxeo.
