Mail task body with custom variable

Hello,

I have created Stencil, which stores value in the follwoing format and consider variable id is safeConditions

[{"id":1231,"name":"Access Egress","checked":false}, {"id":1232,"name":"Barriers / Gaurding","checked":false}]

In the mail task body i want to use this variable,I can use this variable as ${safeConditions}. When i receive mail the body contians in json format as shown above, i just want to display name when mail is sent i.e., "Access Egress", "Barriers / Gaurding".

Kindly anyone help me to resolve this issue.
