User Define Duedate - Timer event should trigger

Dear members,

Kindly help me/guide me with below case involving Timer Event

Issue: (Start Event - User1 Form - Timer Event - User 2 Form - End Event)

-In this User1 form, user will set the due date randemly, Here the timer event has to wait until the due date and trigger User 2 form.

-If we know the dates, we could use cron expression and define due date but , How should i set the Due Date which is defined by User1 form and can be anything and Timer event should wait untill then and trigger.

For example: If a User1 sets the duedate in Form as 4/1/2021, the timer event has to wait till 3/31/2021 and trigger User2.

Kindly advise, Apprecaite all your help in this.
