Some error occurred during document transforming

Hi all,I m using Alfresco Community 5.2 . I m getting error like "could not load pdf content" when I want to open a doc-docx or xlsx document. Are you sure you are uploading a real DOC file there and not a renamed DOCX?

Alfresco is complaining the declared mimetype is application/msword, but it is identifying the object as application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document.

Actually, Many users uploading documents in my system and I can not know or follow all of uploaded documents by users. Users have this problem. They can not preview their documents. So this problem is not just for my documents. I have to solve this problem with a central solution. How can I do this ?

What does it happen if you upload a document using the right extension?

Does it work or not?

If it works for you, and not for users, then you will have to let them know how to use Alfresco properly.

It happens for some documents. For exmple I download document that uploaded by a user (this document is not previewed), and copied content of document , then I paste in a new word document that I created using the right extension. But again document didn't preview. I wonder, is this problem caused by the content of the document?

And yes when I upload a new created document using right extension, I can preview .

As I said, in that case, you should teach your users how to use Alfresco.
