Could not load PDF content

Hi all,I m using Alfresco Community 5.2. I can not preview documents When I want to open doc,docx or xlsx documents. I m getting error called "could not load pdf content" and "can not convert doc to pdf" in alfresco.log.How can I do for this problem?Thanks in advanced.

There can be many reasons for transformations of Office documents to fail, e.g. you might not have LibreOffice / OpenOffice installed (did you include it when running the installer?), or the source files might simply be too large (there are configured limits), or you are using some Microsoft specific features within the documents that LibreOffice7OpenOffice cannot handle.

Using the OOTBee Support Tools addon you can activate more detailed transformer debug logging and test out changes to the configuration at runtime. That would be helpful to pinpoint the cause of your problems...
