Hi Lauren,

Unfortunately the "Dynamic Table" cannot be configured using a variable.

One of the options is to attach a start form to the called process with the same id as your table variable (passed in through the in parameter mapping"). Then use the display value on your task forms.

Second option is to use a stencil. I have an example of a table stencil in activiti-examples/stencil-samples/angular-ui-grid-stencil at master · cijujoseph/activiti-examples · GitHub. If you use a stencil, you can configure the table via a variable.
