Let me know one thing, My requirement is maintain student information, maintain expenses of them and get approval from admin and generate reports. It is a web application. I would like to use activiti in my application using spring.

Here I have 2 tasks. those are

1. Registration

- It is implemented by spring normal curd operations. Here not possible to create a process.

2. Maintain expenses and send those to approval for admin

- Here only need to use the process.

3. Reports

- Here also i need to maintain custom tables

Is this way is right? And activiti is useful for define the business flow among the users. right?

I checked your given projects those are test cases execution and video represents design process in demo setup but i need in java application

But you want an application with a series of requirements not a small example of integration of Activiti with Spring.
