Hi, someone already reported me this problem, I guess we need to investigate more could be a bug related to the refresh token mechanism has highlighted by your post. If you want you can also open a bug on the github repo

Thanks very much Eugenio - would really appreciate some progress. Prior to your response I had already created an issue in the Alfresco Jira - ALF-22030. Let me know if you think it would help to create it on Github also? (I'm happy to).
