topic 'File as Record' rule issue in Alfresco Forum

I have being doing some work using AGS and have found odd behaviour when I use 'File as Record' in a rule on a folder thats not in a site.

Uploading the content via REST to a folder, the file is not visible in the folder but does appear in a search in the path. It has no RM model info attached and is not moved to the RM site.

If I run the same rule on a folder in a collabation site it works as expected, the file is marked as a record and an entry in the fileplan is added.

Seems like a bug to me but just thought I'd ask if anyone knew it was expected behaviour first.
