Importing data from alfresco 5.2 to alfresco 7.3.1

Hello,
We are currently running Alfresco Community 5.2 in a production environment, and we would like to upgrade to Alfresco Community 7.3.1. For this purpose, I have created a testing environment where I installed Alfresco Community 7.3.1.

I would like to export data from the first instance (Alfresco 5.2) and then import it into the new one. To do this, I exported the following folders and files:

How can I upload these files to the testing server? I’m new to Docker.

I understand that you want to upgrade. You need to use docker volumes.

But if you are new to docker: don't start using it for a production migration for many reasons:

docker compose images released by Hyland are not meant for production environments (docs)
you need to create your own docker images with your internal security policies
how images and volumes works, are hard to catch completely as a beginner

I've tried the same once, and it took me one month using docker instead the usual 3 days via zip installation.
