    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have implemented a&amp;nbsp;custom REST endpoint on APS 1.8.1&amp;nbsp;and it is currently using the following instruction:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace;"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;List&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;User&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;users&lt;SPAN class=""&gt; = &lt;/SPAN&gt;identityService&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;createUserQuery&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;().&lt;/SPAN&gt;list&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;();&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;It is returning an empty array, no results from the APS application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Before implementing the REST logic I have implemented a dedicated JUnit test in the Activiti Maven SDK module where I use exactly the same query&amp;nbsp;but in this case&amp;nbsp;is returning correctly all the users I created in the Before annotated method.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I think that I'm missing something, do you have any ideas about how to retrieve all the users from a custom REST endpoint?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thank you for any help on this &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tongue:"&gt;😛&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised a ticket to the Alfresco Support and they said that the IdentityService of Activiti can't be used inside Alfresco Process Services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;supported way is to use the new services available such as UserService and GroupService.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps other community members &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tongue:"&gt;😛&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
