Alfresco Outbound Email Configuration

Good day All,

Please i am trying to configure Alfresco outbound email to connect to our local SMTP server, I am using the following configurations below in alfresco-global.properties:

mail.host=mail.mycompanyname.com
mail.port=465
mail.username=
mail.password=
mail.encoding=UTF-8
mail.from.default=info@mycompanyname.com
mail.protocol=smtp
mail.smtp.auth=false
mail.smtp.timeout=30000
mail.smtp.starttls.enable=false

But I keep getting the error below once I initiate a workflow with email notification:

Please am I doing anything wrong or can anyone point me to what seems to be the problem.
