Search for text content doesn't works (Alfresco )

Hello,

i use alfresco all-in-one (All-In-One (AIO) project for SDK 4.5, 7.3)with docker, i import some simple pdf file for test, search ingine works if i search by title or description but doesn't work if i seach with word contented in text of pdf documents.
I tryed some conf in global properties :

index.recovery.mode=FULL transform.service.enabled=true local.transform.service.enabled=true legacy.transform.service.enabled=true

I use cors like this :
