Disable Rename option in Share -( Edit icon while hovering in document library)

Hi All,

I want to disable the edit icon option ( pen icon comes while hovering to the file / folder) in document library page as per the specific condition. Kindly help me know if someone has came across with the same scenario.

I haven't researched it, but I know where the editor is defined.

Maybe this can be the starting point for you to try to change its behavior the way you need it.
