View Editor with alfresco-community-installer-201605-linux-x64 - how to generate a new Org/project

My apologies for this novice question.

I have been trying to set up alfresco-community-installer-201605-linux-x64 with view editor 3.6.1 by following the quick set up guide given in https://github.com/Open-MBEE/mms-alfresco/blob/develop/mms-ent/docs/quick-start.md.

There is no apparant error during the installation.

When I attempt to call up the view editor, after keying in the admin account name and password, it prompts for the Org in a drop down menu. However, there is no available option in the drop down menu to continue with the login process.

Can anyone advise how to proceed from here.
