Thank you for answer. I am looking for opensource solution. The antivirus costs 3000 euro. I believe there was an ClamAV solution, I found it once before but now I am not sucessfull with googling, so I'm trying the power of the community 🙂

I dont think this sort of add-ons were ever free.

Maybe this https://github.com/fegorama/alfviral, but I didnt try it on Alfresco 7.
