Hi @jukopi & welcome to Alfresco

One way to accomplish this requirement would be to use a digital signature service - there are several out there that integrate with Alfresco. That would require users to acknowledge that they had read the document. This obviously requires a third party service and some code adding to Alfresco.

Another way could be to use workflow and assign tasks such as Review - that might be sufficient.

A third option could be via the Alfresco audit service (disabled by default). For more information please read this overview.

That said, none of these approaches will actually prove that a user has actually read your document!

HTH,

Managers need to see which user confirmed which document.

Is there a possibility in Alfresco to implement such an function? Has anybody something similar?

Thanks for your help.

ju
