Alfresco replication issue

i am using Alfresco 7.2 community version and i am new to Alfresco. I have set up master slave configuaration on 2 different VM's ,with replication of content from master to slave. recently i am getting the following error during replication.

07131514 Error executing transfer - Detected stale node entry: NodeVersionKey [nodeId=891, version=11369] (now [NodeVersionKey [nodeId=891, version=11367]])

I have the following questions, I would be thankful if anybody can answer them:

1) i am wondering how to look at the stale node.usually the node is a UUID but this id looks different?

2) I also want to know what is the possible solution for this kind of problem?

3)another problem i noticed is my "local report" and "remote report" are not getting generated. i cleared them recently . do i need to trigger it somewhere?

4) i am seeing an error in the slave node transfer logs

Repository > Data Dictionary > Transfers > Inbound Transfer Records

error is :
