New install of Alfresco Search Services 2 TLS is returning handshake error

Hi we currently use Alfresco 5.2 Community and are looking to move to 7.3 community. I've followed the steps from https://docs.alfresco.com/search-services/latest/install/options/ and other pages attempting to get the Search Services running.

I can see that the keystore has 2 entries and the truststore has 3. I have put the generated stores under solrhome/keystores. There was one article where it mentioned that it also needs to go into solrhome/alfresco and archive I tried that and also tried putting them in solrhome/alfresco/keystores.

Also i tried the configuration without TLS, the second have of that link. But the solr logs just shows that it cannot create SSL connecdtions.

This is being installed on a Windows server.
