Do alfresco have a feature that enables user to import a file from alfresco to some other system ? I want to add an extension in my project with the help of which I can import a file/folder directly from alfresco to my project.

I believe there is nothing available out of the box.

however, you can try using FTP or Webdav to access the repository.

If you want to export files and folders from alfresco to another project then there are multiple ways you can do that. One way is to connect the repository using FTP and pick up contents from there and import into your project.
