pg_upgrade Alfresco postgresql 9.3.6 and no success

currently want to upgrade Alfresco postgresql 9.3.6 to official postgreSQL 11.14.1/13.5.2 by this command:

"D:\postgresql-11.14\pgsql\bin\pg_upgrade.exe" --old-bindir="D:\Alfresco\postgresql\bin" --new-bindir="D:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\11\bin" --old-datadir="D:\Alfresco\alf_data\postgresql" --new-datadir="D:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\11\data"
-U postgres --old-port=5432 --new-port=5434 --check --verbose --jobs=8

but it always has error, any idea:

database user "postgres" is not the install user
Failure, exiting
"D:/Alfresco/postgresql/bin/pg_ctl" -w -D "D:/Alfresco/alf_data/postgresql" -o "
" -m fast stop >> "pg_upgrade_utility.log" 2>&1

I already login to windows using postgres account but still that..

Check which user was used to create the old db, you can find some info here:

Also, did you tried backup and restore db to new pg db ? it would be an alternative

initdb -U dimid


but we are using Alfresco postgresql 9.3.6 on Windows, this command is not going to works, right?
