Getting error while downloading file as ZIP, and proper zip file is also downloading.

I have upgraded ACS5.x to ACS 7.0 (zip distribution)

While clicking on Download as ZIP, I am getting the popup box with error

Failure
communication failure

yui-common_85fe398e5deaf2958d87495ebd1e083d.js:17 DELETE https://host/share/proxy/alfresco/api/internal/downloads/workspace/SpacesStore/3ea423b0-9854-4b53-bdbb-c5ae938fff78 net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Even if I am getting the above error I am able to download the zip file properly.
Not sure why the above error is coming.
Do anyone have faced the same case/ Anyone know about this issue, please help.
