Alfresco and scanning

Is it possible to connect a scanner natively with Alfresco or is an external element such as a module required? I don't know much about this document manager and I haven't been able to find the answer elsewhere, but I'm interested in knowing if it's possible to scan in bulk.

I have a very large pile of documents that I want to digitize. What do I mean when I say scanning? Well, take those documents and digitize them in bulk with my Brother ADS2400n scanner. Just that.

Is possible a bulk scanning with Alfresco?

Scanning feature is not available in alfresco.

You can do it 3 ways.

1) You can use dynamsoft(web scanner) with alfresco (https://demo.dynamsoft.com/web-twain/). Need customization

2) You can scan all document and use bulk upload

3)You can use webdav to upload document also

Thanks for your reply.
I will take a look but I thought Alfresco contained the ability to scan without the need for 3rd party software.
Oops... customization seems complicated and expensive.
