Error loading items while searching for users

Hi there,

After I did a database migration from Alfresco 5.2 to a new instance of Alfresco 7.1, I am not able to search user in menu “Users and Groups”, I always get the message: “Error loading items”.
Here is the message from the browser console while searching for users.

I still tried to reindex and I also tried to fix it by editing: “tomcat\webapps\share\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\share-config.xml” from

<show-authorization-status>true</show-authorization-status>
To
<show-authorization-status>false</show-authorization-status>

but I still get the same error.

Maybe someone knows what to do in this situation. Thanks!

What Share version are you using?

How did you the upgrade?

Hi angelborroy,

The actual share version is v11.77

I setup a new Community 7.1 installation via ansible.
On our old local installation of Alfresco 5.2 I did a database dump and imported it to the new instance.

It looks like Share version included with Ansible (ZIP Distribution files) is wrong for 7.1, as it's an Enteprise version that doesn't work with a Community Repo.

I created an issue to fix that, but currently there are no alternatives for 7.1 and Ansible at this moment.
