Alfresco crashes freuently [3.4.d]

We have got an alfresco cms server (version 3.4.d) with 32gb ram in production. It frequently crashes. We found following message in catalina.out and alfresco.log.

What could cause this frequent crashes? Thanks in advance

What do you mean by crashes? You have tagged a very old version, did you use Alfresco version 3.4.d ? The log you shared is not enough to find out what could be causing the issue.. these are just warnings.

Please provide more details such as full catalina.out and alfresco.log and any specifics as to when it happens.
