We are using Alfresco Community Edition 5.2.7 with default Solr4 search service. I am having hard time to reterive the users from site members search by their company details or contact details (email/phone) or by location. The only search works in site members is by the users name.

where as in people finder we do get the option to search by location(i.e., location:Baltimore) or by company(i.e., organization:abc).

Thanks in advance for looking into this issue and helping me out.

The search within site members is a reduced capability search (compared to the global people finder) by design. It is not meant as a general purpose search for end users, only as a tool for site managers / administrators to quickly check whether the right people have the correct roles within the site.

Thank you for your response. So is there any option to find the users by their company/contact/location(other than the full name) with in the site member search?
