    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I apologise before hand that I am repeating this post as the past thread has gone on too long and I think I need more eyes to look at it and please profer a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://migration33.stage.lithium.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74498"&gt;@abhinavmishra14&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;who has tried to help me capture the logs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "insert" featue in the pdf toolkit does not work and gives an "insert pdf operation" error, with the help of&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://migration33.stage.lithium.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74498"&gt;@abhinavmishra14&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have captured the logs as best as I can using the debug code. Please find the logs below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;2023-08-15 13:14:00,191 WARN  [org.alfresco.util.OpenOfficeConnectionTester] [DefaultScheduler_Worker-2] Error trying to query Open Office version information. OpenOffice.org's ConfigurationRegistry not implemented in this version of OOo. This should not affect the operation of OOo.
