Users created using Alfresco Admin tool giving loading error

I have installed Alfresco in Ubuntu using zip distribution files based on your YouTube video and everything was well installed, and I was also able to search for the "budget' document.

One thing I noticed which you might not have checked is that when you go to Admin tools, and you click on Users, it shows "Error loading items", which means the default users cannot be loaded and when you create a new user, it does not show the user in the Users category under Admin tools.

Is there a way this can be resolved? Please find the image below.

Check errors in log files to find out the cause of this issue.

Hello Angel,

I have similar issues from version 23.1... I'm testing not with the latest community version 23.3.0 and the error from the logs is

2024-09-17T07:24:15,247 [] ERROR [extensions.surf.ClosureJavaScriptCompressionHandler] [http-nio-8080-exec-7] input.js:101: ERROR - Parse error. Unterminated string literal

No previous or more error on the logs.

Hello, I have the same problem;

I use version 23.4.0 on docker and my schema number of the Alfresco Content Service database is 19.300. I can create new users but I can't see them; the query always fails "Error loading items". I found no errors in the log files.
The problem is only for users, group search works fine and loads all items. Can you tell me how to fix it?.
