After upgrading to Alfresco 6.2.2, performance is extremely slow and get error message on Share

Hi,

After upgrading to 6.2.2 from 6.0 we've been noticing a degredation of performance on our Alfresco instance with slow response and lagging. We also see the following error message on the Share UI "Alfresco is running without Share Services. See your System Administrator for more details"

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to resolve it?

@asheikhwith that view info it is extremly hard to help you.

what is slow? navigation, search, everything?
did you also upgrade ASS?
is your system maybe reindexing?
is your 6.0 and 6.2 system configured and sized identical?
which is taking time (cpu/io) on your server system?

I think you will need professional help and a disucssion in this forum would be out of scope. In principle there is no performance issue with 6.2.x I know of.
