../../log/solr.log cannot be opened for reading because the file or directory does not exist

I'm trying to install alfresco search services using this command:

sudo -u solr $SOLR_HOME/solr/bin/solr start -a "-Dcreate.alfresco.defaults=alfresco,archive"

When I do it, it tells me that the file ../.../log/solr.log cannot be opened for reading because the file or directory does not exist, I have tried to create it even by hand in case it was that and it does not work either.

To install it I followed this guide:
