Cannot open office file and reset user password

Q1. I deployed according to this https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-docker-installer/tree/master , other functions are normal, can only open pictures and PDF files, other can not open, log after a period of time will throw timeout error.And the soffice.bin process takes up 50% of the CPU. Please help me

Q2. Could you please tell me how to use admin user to change user password in UI, or what is the parameter key of /people/{personId}/resets-password in API

Q1 - do you have enough memory assigned? There is a help page here about troubleshooting soffice.bin.
