    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can do that in the following way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Copy the search result in a specific folder as shown in the image (OOTB)&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Screenshot from 2020-05-22 16-41-23.png" style="width: 200px;"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="image"&gt;&lt;img src="https://connect.hyland.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/658i24C9ADADF014869C/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image" alt="image" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Write a script to get the list of files from the folder and create an excel file (custom)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 Create a business rule which executes above script on the folder where the search result is copied (OOTB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only step number 2 requires some custom coding, rest is available OOTB.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
