Hi,What will be the best way to generate the Audit Report in Alfresco? Is it suffient to use default audit webscript?Is there any way to find the audit tables in alfresco?

There are already rest api which can be used for retrieveing the audit details.If you need to have your own api you can create it using webscript. auditService will be help full in fetching this details.
