As per the ACS 6.2 documentation (https://hub.alfresco.com/t5/alfresco-content-services-hub/alfresco-community-edition-201911-ga-release-notes/ba-p/294411) , supported AGS is 3.2, but I can't find the link to download the link.

Can you please help me in finding AGS amps for alfresco 6.2 community.

Alfresco has not been providing any version tags or release artifacts for Records Management / Governance Services for Community since July 2018. You can still build the module from source, but have to figure out which commits to use as the base. The documentation in the release notes was probably copied from some Enterprise release notes.

Maybe @EddieMay can ask internally why Alfresco is no longer providing any proper tags / artifacts for RM / AGS, but the code is still apparently developed in the open.
