Migrating to dockerized 6.1 Alfresco

Please @alfresco, we are going to upgrade an Alfresc 4.2 to Alfresco 6.1 productions environments (Enterprise without cluster), i would need to know exactly the way to install the new Alfresco 6.1:

Can we do intallations using docker in productions environments?
How do we create the containers if we don't use the docker-compose?
What is the risk of using docker-compose in a productive system to lift the containers?

Docker Compose deployments are not supported for Enterprise environments. You should go to k8s infrastructure.
