how to display users default forms, while creating new users in alfresco community 5.2

Hello Everyone,

Here is my query, how to display users default forms like as;

1. Contact Information
Telephone, Mobile, Skype, IM, Google Username,
2. Company Details
Name, Address, Telephone, Fax, Email,while creating new users forms in alfresco community 5.2.

As of now we only have about users form only(username,first name,last name,email, password, confirm password, groups,usage).

But we need users forms like

1. Contact Information
Telephone, Mobile, Skype, IM, Google Username,
2. Company Details
Name, Address, Telephone, Fax. we want additional information while creating new users.

We need above users forms, while creating new users.
