Record Management works only for administrators

I am using alfresco community v5.2.0 and a have installed Record Management 2.5.a

After the record management site creation, i can log on Alfresco share with an administrator account but all other users are not allowed to access.

Thanks for posting your question.

When you write, " i can log on Alfresco share with an administrator account but all other users are not allowed to access." do you mean to Share or to Records Management site within Share? If the latter, have you setup user groups access to the RM site & fileplan?
